  1. Land is essential to liberation.

  2. BIPOC carry histories of land theft
    and dispossession and thus require
    land control and stewardship to
    thrive. Residents should co-create
    and determine the future of our
    neighborhoods. Our experiences
    matter, no one is disposable, and
    residents carry wisdom and
    expertise for community solutions

  3. Conventional economic and
    community development system
    do not adequately serve us.
    Affordable and secure housing
    is our right. The production of
    new development is for people
    not profit. Home, mobility, and
    belonging should not be
    restricted by market forces.
